At Syner Trove, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our digital products. Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer a 7-Day Conditional Refund Policy.
Refunds are not automatic. They are only granted under the following conditions:
You must request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
You must provide reasonable proof that you actively used, applied, or attempted to implement the product (e.g., screenshots of worksheets filled, systems set up, or steps taken).
Despite genuine effort, you were unable to achieve results as promised in the product description.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
You simply changed your mind after purchase.
You did not download, open, or attempt to use the product.
You request a refund after the 7-day window has expired.
You purchased during a promotional or bundle offer clearly marked as non-refundable.

Your order receipt or transaction ID
Evidence that you tried the product (screenshots, filled templates, applied systems, etc.)
A brief explanation of why the product did not work for you
We will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of our decision.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If denied, we will provide clear reasons why your request did not meet the conditions.
Since all our products are digital downloads, once delivered, they cannot be “returned.” This is why we require proof of genuine use before considering refunds.
